Rawalpindi: A farewell ceremony was held at the Regional Police Office (RPO) Rawalpindi to honour Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Rawalpindi, Nasir Ali Khan and Superintendent of Police (SP) Headquarters Rawalpindi Saad Arshad following their transfers to the Police College Sihala as SP Training-II and SP Training-I, respectively.
Regional Police Officer Rawalpindi Region Babar Sarfraz Alpa, along with other senior police officers, attended the ceremony and appreciated the services and professional performance of the two officers during their tenure in Rawalpindi.
Speaking on the occasion, RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa praised Nasir Ali Khan and Saad Arshad for efficiently discharging their responsibilities and making valuable contributions to police administration, departmental affairs and professional policing.
He said the services and experience of both officers were valuable assets for the police force.
He expressed confidence that the two officers would use their experience and expertise to further improve the quality of police training and contribute effectively to the professional development of the force.
During the ceremony, the RPO and other officers extended their best wishes to Nasir Ali Khan and Saad Arshad for their future assignments. The two officers thanked RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa and their colleagues for the cooperation and professional support extended to them during their tenure at the Regional Police Office.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa presented commemorative shields to SSP Nasir Ali Khan and SP Saad Arshad and wished them success in their new responsibilities at Police College Sihala.
