Dera ismail khan: The district administration has completed a walking track at Haq Nawaz Park to provide residents with a facility for walking, jogging and running.
The track was constructed under the supervision of the assistant commissioner using available resources and through mutual cooperation, without incurring any expenditure from the national exchequer, the spokesman for district administration said.
Twenty light poles have also been installed at the park, allowing visitors to use the facility during evening and night hours.
The administration appealed to citizens to help maintain cleanliness at the park and refrain from throwing garbage. It said the upkeep and beauty of public recreational spaces required cooperation between the administration and citizens.
