Faisalabad: A five years old girl was killed in an accidental firing incident at home in Faisalabad on Sunday, police sources said, quoted by a TV channel.
According to the initial report, the incident occurred when the child was playing at home and picked up a gun that had been kept inside a suitcase. The gun accidentally went off while the child’s mother was trying to take it from her, resulting in the girl’s death.
Police had arrested the child’s mother and launched further investigation into the incident.
