Dera ismail khan: On the directives of Deputy Commissioner Dera Ismail Khan, Abdul Nasir Khan, an anti-encroachment drive is continuing in the city.
According to details, the operation was carried out from Faqirni Gate to GPS No. 3 under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Dera, Syed Muhammad Arslan. The campaign involved the Tehsildar Dera, revenue staff, TMA staff, police, and traffic police, who remained present on the spot during the operation.
Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner Syed Muhammad Arslan said that the objective of the anti-encroachment drive is to ensure safe and smooth movement for citizens, improve traffic flow, and clear public spaces of illegal encroachments.
He emphasized that the district administration is committed to maintaining order and facilitating the public.
He further stated that the anti-encroachment campaign will continue in the future without discrimination to ensure long-term public convenience and urban management.
