Sialkot: Incharge Federal Ombudsperson Gujranwala Region Malik Mushtaq Ahmad Awan paid a visit to Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) to observe airport operations and assess the quality of services being provided to passengers.
During the visit, he monitored live flight operations and closely observed the performance and coordination of various government agencies operating at the airport. He also interacted with passengers to receive firsthand feedback regarding the services and facilities available at Sialkot International Airport.
Later, the visiting official met with the airport administration, where Airport Manager SIAL Nisar Ahmad, gave a comprehensive briefing on the airport’s ongoing operations, the responsibilities of various government agencies, and the passenger facilitation measures being implemented across the airport.
Nisar Ahmad stated that, under the guidance of Chairman SIAL, Abdul Ghafoor Malik, Vice Chairman SIAL, Syed Shahid Raza, and CEO SIAL, the airport administration is utilizing all available resources to ensure passengers receive the highest standard of service.
