ISLAMABAD:The Sino-Pak Center for Artificial Intelligence, Haripur, and COMSTECH, Islamabad, will co-organize an “International Exhibition and Workshop on the Role of Artificial Intelligence (IW-RAI) in Healthcare, Agriculture and Energy Sectors” in March.
The event, to be organized on March 31, is designed to attract Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data researchers, academicians, students, thinkers, and industries.
According to an official of COMSTECH, the event will invite international speakers in relevant areas from but not limited to the OIC member countries.
The event is open for anyone interested in learning more about AI technologies, such as Universities, the Telecom industry, Research and Development organizations, start-ups, etc.
The event expects to attract more than 300 participants, including high-level representatives from the OIC countries, leaders of the AI industry, academic experts, policymakers, and practitioners.
The event is aimed to provide a platform to highlight the growing AI Industry, cutting edge technologies, and AI research in Pakistan and other OIC countries.
This will also help exchange information on the latest trends in AI and how the trends are shaping education and industries.
It will also help strengthen international cooperation and partnership for promoting the fair, inclusive, and transparent use of AI.
This event is also aims to consolidate silo efforts and discussion of industries (Healthcare, Agriculture and Energy sectors in particular) and academia under one platform.
It will provide an opportunity to the industry to showcase their AI-based projects/ideas, share the AI-related expertise among the OIC member countries and bridge the gap between industries and academia.
The event will engage the OIC member countries, healthcare sector, agriculture sector, energy sector, IT industry and academia (Universities).
