Quetta: Parliamentary Secretary Culture and Tourism, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Nawabzada Muhammad Zarin Khan Magsi welcomed the historic Joint Defense Agreement signed between Pakistan-Saudi Arabia- Turkiye in Makkah, terming it a manifestation of growing trust, mutual cooperation and commitment to common security among the three brotherly Islamic countries.
Mutual defense agreement between Pakistan-Saudi Arabia-Turkiye is a historic development in terms of peace, stability and common defense of the Muslim Ummah in the region.
He said that this defense agreement is not an aggressive move against any country but an expression of commitment to common security and defense cooperation.
He said that the historical, religious and brotherly relations between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye span several decades and this agreement is a practical expression of further strengthening these relations.
He said the signing of the agreement in Makkah is a sign that the relations of the three countries are not only political but also based on deep religious and brotherly feelings.
He congratulated Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir on the defense agreement.
