Quetta: On special directive of Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti and Deputy Commissioner Surab Sahibzada Najibullah, a football tournament is underway under the supervision of District Sports Officer Surab Ali Nawaz in connection with the Jashn-e- Azadi Festival, in which great interest is being seen from football fans.
According to detail, in an interesting match of the tournament, the competition between Young Baloch Football Club and Mengal Club remained goalless until the stipulated time, however, Mengal Club won on the decisive penalty kicks.
In the second match, a thrilling match took place between Jhalawan Club and Gazin Club. Both teams scored one goal each, while Gazin Club won on the decisive penalty kicks.
The excellent performance of the players and the enthusiasm of the fans are noticeable in the matches of Jashn-e- Azadi Football Tournament, while more interesting matches of the tournament would also be continued.
