Kesoo Mal Kheeal Das of PML-N said taking part in the debate said precious resources were being wasted in payment of circular debt. In the entire world, markets were closed in the evening but in Pakistan business remained to continue till midnight, he said.
He said the government was making all-out efforts to provide relief to the masses.
Later the House was adjourned to meet again on Wednesday at 11:00 am.
