Kohat: An important meeting was held at the office of Deputy Commissioner Kohat on Friday to review security and administrative arrangements for the upcoming Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Conference, with Provincial Minister for Information Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shafi Jan, District Police Officer Kohat, religious scholars and senior officials in attendance.
The meeting reviewed security arrangements, administrative preparations and facilities for participants, with particular focus on maintaining law and order and ensuring smooth management of the gathering. Officials also discussed measures to facilitate visitors and ensure effective coordination among the departments concerned.
Provincial Minister Shafi Jan and the Deputy Commissioner directed all relevant departments to make comprehensive arrangements for the peaceful and successful conduct of the conference. They stressed the need for close coordination among the administration, police and other departments to ensure maximum convenience and security for participants.
During the meeting, the officials reaffirmed their commitment to taking all necessary measures for maintaining a peaceful environment during the conference and directed the concerned authorities to remain vigilant and ensure timely completion of all arrangements.
