Kohat:The District Police Officer (DPO) Kohat, Mohammad Umar Khan on Friday chaired a meeting to discuss measures to combat organized crime in the district.
According to DPO Office, the meeting was attended by the Superintendent of Police (SP) Investigation, Divisional SPs, Circle Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs), and Station House Officers (SHOs).
During the meeting, the participants reviewed the crime rate across the district and discussed countermeasures.
DPO Umar Khan directed the police officials to adopt an effective strategy to counter crimes and to expedite efforts to maintain law and order in the area.
The meeting also emphasized the need to promote proactive and community policing.
DPO Umar Khan ordered the intensification of targeted operations to deal effectively with proclaimed offenders and anti-social elements involved in criminal activities.
The police officials expressed their commitment to implementing the directives and working towards ensuring the safety and security of the peo
ple in the district.
