Larkana Police’s targeted operation against dacoits & criminal elements: inter-provincial drug supplier arrested

Larkana: Larkana Police’s targeted operation against dacoits, criminal elements, and gangs involved in murder cases is ongoing, while acting against drugs, police arrested two accused from an inter-provincial drug supply gang along with 15,500 grams 15.5 kg of hashish.



According to a police spokesperson, under the instructions of SSP Larkana Azhar Khan, search and combing operations are continuing in various katcha and pakka areas under the supervision of all SDPOs. To further stabilize the law and order situation and tighten the noose around criminal elements and accused involved in murder cases, Larkana Police is carrying out operations under comprehensive planning.



During the targeted operation, a heavy contingent of Larkana Police, armored vehicles, and a large number of police mobiles have been deployed in various areas, while human intelligence as well as modern technical systems are being used to assist the operations.



On the other hand, acting on secret information, Larkana Police conducted an operation on the Larkana-Rato Dero Road within the jurisdiction of Rato Dero Police Station and foiled an attempt to supply drugs. During the operation, police recovered 15 kg 500 grams of hashish and arrested two accused.



According to SSP Larkana, the arrested accused have been identified as Saleem Brohi, a resident of the Jhat Pat area of Balochistan, and female accused Zarina Shaikh, while a two-year-old child was also present with them. Police have started further interrogation of the accused, and information is being obtained regarding local dealers, buyers, and the drug network.



SSP Larkana Azhar Khan (PSP) has said that operations against anti-social elements who disturb law and order and their facilitators will continue without discrimination, and the operation will continue until criminal elements are completely eliminated.
