MULTAN:A person allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a truck near Hassan Sawali Chowk here on Friday.
According to Rescue officials, the control room received a call that a person sustained serious injuries as he was crushed under the truck near Hassan Sawali chowk.
Upon receiving the information, the Rescue team rushed to the spot. The local people told that the victim himself jumped before the truck and died on the spot.
Rescuers handed over the body to the heirs in presence of police as they refused to shift the body to Nishtar Hospital.
