Medical camp held for Rawalpindi police personnel


Rawalpindi: A medical camp was organised at the Regional Police Office (RPO) Rawalpindi on the special instructions of the RPO, Babar Sarfraz Alpa, in collaboration with the Traders Welfare Foundation (TWF) to provide medical check-ups and basic health facilities to police officers and personnel.



Police officers and personnel underwent medical examinations, including blood sugar, complete blood count (CBC), eyesight and other necessary tests. Medical experts also provided health advice and urged participants to undergo regular check-ups, maintain a balanced diet and adopt a healthy lifestyle.



Speaking on the occasion, RPO Babar Sarfraz Alpa said police officers and personnel performed their duties round the clock to protect the lives and property of citizens, making their health and welfare a priority for the police department.



He said a healthy and energetic police force could perform its duties more effectively.



The RPO thanked the TWF for its cooperation and said such welfare and healthcare initiatives would continue to provide police personnel with a healthier working environment.



Chief Executive Officer TWF Sajid Ahsan Butt, Board of Directors member Dilawar Zaman, medical specialists, and a large number of police officers and personnel attended the camp and availed themselves of the medical facilities.
