Faisalabad: Muzara Club defeated Qalandar Club by 1-0 goal in Under-19 Football Championship being played under the aegis of Faisalabad Jhang Road Football Association at GHSS football ground Thikriwala.
Rehan played an important role in Muzara Club’s victory and Referee Toheer was supervised the match. Former member Punjab Football Association Rana Muhammad Ashraf witnessed the match as chief guest while Secretary General, Pakistan Students Olympic Association Rana Tanveer Ahmed, Tournament Organizer Rana Mubasher Bashir, Hajji Saeed Jutt and a large number of people were also present on the occasion.
The match started in a thrilling atmosphere, but none of the teams could score any goal till the break thought they fought well against each other.
However, in the 15th minute of the second half, Rehan of Muzara Club scored solo goal which gave lead to his team till the culmination of allotted time.
Qalandar Club players tried their best to equalize the match, but failed.
