ISLAMABAD:National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani on Friday expressed their heartfelt condolences over the sad demise of senior journalist Mumtaz Ahmed Tahir.
In separate condolence messages, the speaker and deputy speaker acknowledged his invaluable services in the field of journalism and stated that Mumtaz’s contributions would always be remembered.
They prayed for Allah Almighty to elevate the ranks of the deceased in Jannah and grant strength and patience to the bereaved to bear their irreparable loss with fortitude.
