Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, along with Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Muhammad Asif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, inaugurated the state lounge at Allama Iqbal International Airport, here on Thursday.
Secretary Defence Muhammad Ali welcomed the guests and participants in the ceremony, while Director General of Pakistan Airports Authority Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed gave a briefing about the project. The DGPAA said that the Ravi Lounge, internal lobby, main hall and other parts have been completely reconstructed.
During the briefing, it was informed that the state lounge has been given a new and beautiful look with innovations in accordance with modern requirements so that better facilities can be provided to domestic and foreign distinguished guests.
