Need stressed for mutual research in AI, STEM technologies

Bahawalpur: Vice Chancellor, Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, held an important meeting with a Chinese delegation regarding the promotion of innovative technology.



According to an official press release issued by the IUB here, the meeting discussed the establishment of state-of-the-art laboratories of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and STEM at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. ‘This initiative reflects the commitment of the Government of Punjab and the Islamia University of Bahawalpur to advance innovative research and technology-based education and manifestation of the growing international collaboration of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur,’ the press release said. It concluded that the aim is to equip students with future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
