ISLAMABAD:National University of Science and Technology, (NUST) warmly hosted young students of Tameer-i-Wattan Public School and College at its Islamabad Campus in two visits over these past two weeks.
A total of 150 female and 127 male students were welcomed to the campus.
Orchestrated by the university’s Student Affairs (SA) Directorate, the visits entailed briefing on NUST’s comprehensively multi-disciplinary programmes, entry tests process, scholarship opportunities, campus life, and facilities by the SA team led by Mr Asad Mehmood, Director SA, Ms Ayesha Deputy Director SA, and Ms Arooj Taufique Assistant Director SA.
The students were taken on a guided tour of the state-of-the-art laboratories of the NUST School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (SCEE).
A Question and Answer session by the Admissions Team was also held where many inquisitive questions and comments were taken.
Director SA encouraged the students to study dedicatedly if they wish to be part of NUST which has the honour to be positioned as the No. 1 university in Pakistan, by QS World University Rankings, for the third consecutive year.
