Sukkur: Provincial leader of Pakistan Muslim League Functional Sindh, Syed Shafqat Ali Shah, has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Mir Ali Murad Khan Talpur, the last ruler of the State of Khairpur, and offered heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, especially to the deceased’s son Prince Mir Mehdi Raza Talpur.
In his condolence statement on Tuesday, Syed Shafqat Ali Shah said that the passing away of Mir Ali Murad Khan Talpur is a great loss not only for the Talpur family but for the whole of Sindh.
He said that the late Mir was an authentic and historic identity of Khairpur’s history, culture and royal heritage. He said that the services of the deceased’s family for the welfare and history of the State of Khairpur will always be remembered. Paying tribute to the services of the deceased, he expressed sympathy and solidarity with the family.
The provincial leader of Pakistan Muslim League Functional prayed that may Allah Almighty grant Mir Ali Murad Khan Talpur II a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and grant patience to all the bereaved family members.
