Peshawar:: The central president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) youth media team, Khadim Ali Khan Yousafzai, on Thursday claimed that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was staging a political drama in a bid to protect its hold on power.
In a statement, Yousafzai said the provincial government was resorting to political tactics in a bid to divert public attention from what he described as its incompetence, corruption, poor governance and failures.
Criticizing the PTI leadership, he claimed that its senior leaders, lawmakers and other members of the leadership were present in Punjab in a relatively peaceful environment and were not being arrested, while an artificial atmosphere of arrests was being created in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to gain public sympathy.
Ali Yousafzai who is an Information Secretary of the PML-N Youth Wing further claimed that the September 27 long march had already failed from its first day, claiming that PTI no longer had a public mandate.
He claimed that the provincial government had brought the province to the brink of destruction by using its resources for personal interests.
He urged CM KP to focus on the elimination of terrorism, eradication of poverty and illiteracy rather wasting energies in long marches and political agitation.
