Faisalabad: Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Director General Muhammad Asif Chaudhary said that the permissible rights of all FDA employees, including the workman staff, would be fully protected to enable them to perform their official duties with peace of mind and complete dedication.
He emphasized that the institution’s progress and improved performance are closely linked to the welfare of its employees and therefore resolving their issues remains a top priority.
He expressed these views during a meeting with office-bearers of the Inqalabi Workers Union. The meeting was attended by Union President Sadaqat Baloch, General Secretary Muneeb Riaz, Chairman Sheikh Imran and other union representatives.
The director general listened to complaints and concerns of the workmen employees in detail and announced on-spot resolution of several important issues.
He directed the concerned officers to ensure that all employment-related matters concerning workman employees are dealt with strictly in accordance with the relevant laws, service rules and regulations so that no employee is subjected to injustice.
Asif Chaudhary said that the foremost priority of the administration is to provide a healthy, fair, and supportive working environment where every employee feels secure and respected.
He reaffirmed that all genuine demands would be addressed on the basis of law and merit while every possible measure would also be taken to enhance employees’ professional capacity and welfare.
He further stated that the FDA is a strong public service institution whose success depends on the hard work and dedication of its employees.
He added that mutual trust, consultation, and cooperation between the administration and employees would be further strengthened to ensure the delivery of better public services.
