Islamabad: Sardar Kamal Khan, Advocate, has joined the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) from Constituency LA-19, Poonch Rawalakot.
The induction of Sardar Kamal Khan, Advocate, into the PML-N has accelerated political activity in Rawalakot, said a press release.
LA-19 Poonch candidate for the Legislative Assembly, Sardar Aamir Altaf, was also present on the occasion, a development seen as strengthening his position in the constituency.
The induction ceremony was attended by former Law Minister and LA-24 Assembly candidate Sardar Farooq Ahmed Tahir.
Also present were Adviser to the Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Sardar Tariq Mahmood, former President of the Rawalakot Bar Council Sardar Manzar Bashir, Advocate, and Sardar Hafeez.
Muzammil Tanveer Akhtar Chaudhry joined the ceremony via video link from the United States.
PML-N leaders including Khalid Mahmood, Advocate, Irfan Khan and Ejaz Khan also attended the event.
The induction marks a significant development in the PML-N’s election campaign, with the party securing new political support in Constituency LA-19.
