Quetta: The Quetta Regional Office of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) celebrated Independence Day with national enthusiasm in Quetta on Friday.
The ceremony was held at the Quetta Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry, which began with the hoisting of the flag. After this, a cake was cut and special prayers were offered for the security, development and prosperity of the country.
At the beginning of the ceremony, TDAP Quetta Director Noor Ali Achakzai welcomed all the distinguished guests, traders, industrialists and media representatives and extended greetings on Independence Day.
On this occasion, TDAP Assistant Director Asif Abro gave a comprehensive presentation on the topic of Freedom through Trade and Exports.
The presentation shed detailed light on TDAP’s mandate, goals of increasing domestic exports and the facilities and support provided by the organization to exporters.
He said that TDAP is fully supporting the business community through training, market access and international exhibitions to ensure Pakistan’s economic independence.
At the end of the event, the participants vowed to continue playing their role in promoting the country’s economy and exports.
