Home Minister Longove cuts cake of 80th Independence Day in Kalat


Quetta: Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove along with administration hosted the national flag and cut the 80th Independence Day cake at Kalat DC Complex Office.



The Ceremony was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Shahnawaz Baloch, SP Kalat Syed Zahid Hussain Shah, FC Colonel Naveed, DSP Mahiwal Khan and other district officers, tribal and political leaders, Hindu Panchayat leaders and a large number of people.



On the occasion of the flag hoisting, a decorated police contingent saluted the national flag.



Additional Deputy Commissioner Shahnawaz Baloch also decorated the special guests and participants of the ceremony with Pakistani flags and installed national badges.



Students from different schools presented Naat, Speech, Tableau, Milli songs and expressed their love for their country at the ceremony.



Addressing at the ceremony, Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Longove said that we grew up in a free atmosphere, so we would not know the importance of freedom.



He said that we should ask the Kashmiri brothers about the importance of freedom who are being exposed to India’s cruelty and barbarity every day.



‘Ask the price of freedom from Palestinian Muslims where thousands of people are being subjected to Israeli aggression every day’, he said.



He highlighted that we should value our freedom, Let us pledge today that we would not hesitate to make any sacrifice for the security of the country.



Other speakers highlighted importance of the freedom adding that we should play our significant role for development of the country.
