Rawalpindi: Police have arrested three alleged drug and liquor suppliers in separate operations and recovered more than 2.9 kilograms of hashish and three litres of liquor from their possession.
According to police spokesperson, Jatli Police held drug supplier and recovered 1.8 kg of hashish. Kahuta Police arrested another supplier and recovered 1.1 kg of hashish.
Likewise, Race Course Police also arrested a suspected liquor supplier and recovered three litres of liquor from his possession. Separate cases were registered against the suspects.
The divisional SPs appreciated performance of police teams and said all possible measures were being taken to curb drug-related activities and eliminate the menace of narcotics from the area.
