Training session held for NGO representatives on E-Biz Portal in Dera Ghazi Khan


Dera ghazi khan: A training session for representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) was held here on Tuesday to provide guidance on the online registration, renewal and amendment procedures through the E-Biz Portal. The session aimed to familiarize relevant stakeholders with the effective use of the E-Biz Portal and facilitate them in accessing online services in a transparent, efficient and convenient manner. Divisional Director Social Welfare Azhar Yousaf and Deputy Director Zakauddin attended the session as special guests. Speaking on the occasion, the officers highlighted the importance of promoting digital systems, saying that online services could significantly improve transparency, efficiency and the delivery of public services. During the training, NGO representatives were given practical guidance on various stages of registration, renewal and making amendments through the E-Biz Portal. Participants were also briefed on the procedure for submitting online applications and other relevant
requirements. Assistant Director Social Welfare Dera Ghazi Khan Rameesha Mujahid and Assistant Director Kot Chhutta Mateen Bilal provided detailed guidance to the participants and responded to their queries. A question-and-answer session was also held at the conclusion of the training, during which participants sought clarification on various aspects of the online process. The participants appreciated the initiative, describing the training as highly useful and informative. They said it would enhance the capacity of NGO representatives and enable them to make more effective use of online services through the E-Biz Portal.
