Lahore: Sherakot police arrested two alleged members of an active dacoit gang and recovered cash, weapons, mobile phones and a stolen motorcycle from their possession, police said on Sunday. According to police, SHO Sherakot, along with a police team, arrested the suspects identified as Irfan alias Ranjha and his accomplice Praim from Shamshan Ghat, 100 feet road.
Police recovered a substantial amount of cash, pistols, two mobile phones and a stolen motorcycle from the arrested suspects. SP Iqbal Town Sidra Khan said a case had already been registered at Misri Shah police station regarding the motorcycle recovered from Irfan alias Ranjha.
Police registered cases against the suspects and handed them over to the Investigation Wing for further investigation and recovery, she added.
