Multan: A boy was killed after striking a pole while attempting to alight from a moving train near Butch Railway Station crossing on Sunday.
According to Rescue 1122, the youth, identified as Adnan(17) was trying to get off the moving train when he struck a pole alongside the railway track and sustained a severe head injury.
Rescue personnel immediately reached the scene and provided emergency medical assistance, including CPR. However, the boy succumbed to his injuries at the spot.
After completion of necessary legal formalities by police, the body was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Shujabad.
