Bahawalpur: Around 1,300 police personnel will perform duty to provide security to people in Bahawalpur on Pakistan Day falling on August 14, 2024.
The police sources said that District Police Officer, Bahawalpur, Asad Sarfaraz Khan has approved security plan designed for maintaining law and order on the occasion of Pakistan Day in Bahawalpur falling on 14th August 2024. ‘Under the security plan, 1,300 personnel of the district police including Elite Force, Dolphin Force and Traffic Police will be performing security duty on Pakistan Day in Bahawalpur district,’ they said.
The police will be deployed on roads, markets, bazaras and imporant installations in order to provide security.
