ADC Revenue decides 31 cases at Revenue Court

Sargodha: Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue (ADC-R) Khawar Bashir Ahmad heard 50 cases at the Revenue Court, deciding 31 of them on-the-spot and providing immediate relief to petitioners.



According to details, the ADC-R listened to the issues raised by the applicants and directed the revenue officers concerned to take prompt action in accordance with the law and on merit.



Khawar Bashir said providing prompt and accessible justice to citizens was among the administration’s top priorities under the Punjab chief minister’s public-friendly initiatives and good governance vision.



He said citizens should not face unnecessary delays or administrative hurdles in resolving revenue-related matters.



The ADC-R added that the Revenue Courts were aimed at providing timely relief to citizens at their doorstep and ensuring the early disposal of pending cases strictly on merit.
