Chiniot: Practical measures are being taken to promote safe travel among citizens in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, as the Traffic Police Education Unit launched an awareness campaign in the district.
The campaign is being conducted under the supervision of DSP Traffic Khurram Shahzad. In this regard on Saturday, during an awareness seminar at the Police Driving School Chiniot, Sub-Inspector Ali Raza, in-charge of the Traffic Education Unit, delivered a lecture to students on traffic laws and road safety measures.
An awareness walk was also organised as part of the campaign, with participants highlighting the importance of responsible driving and compliance with traffic regulations.
The participants were urged to avoid speeding, observe lane discipline and strictly follow traffic rules. Awareness pamphlets carrying road safety messages were also distributed among citizens.
