Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has expressed appreciation and congratulated the Pakistan Navy on the successful live weapon firing from submarine PNS/M Hangor for the first time. In her statement, the chief minister paid tribute to the Pakistan Navy for successfully conducting the live weapon firing exercise, describing it as a demonstration of professional excellence and operational capability. CM Maryam Nawaz particularly appreciated the submarine’s capability to accurately engage a target at a long range through an anti-ship cruise missile. She said the successful demonstration reflected the Pakistan Navy’s high level of professionalism, precision and preparedness.
