Chiniot: Commissioner Faisalabad Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh o Thursday met with various delegations at the Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) office during his visit to Chiniot.
Attendees included philanthropist and businessman Chaudhry Masood Iqbal, Punjab Bar Council member Ghulam Abbas Naswana, Syed Shamim Raza, Ali Kamran Harl, Press Club President Shahid Mahmood Chaudhry, Dr. Muzammil Hussain, Waqar Ghumman, Asghar Jatt, Jameel Fakhri, Mehar Shahid, Sheikh Nadeem, and Mian Ghulam Shabbir. MPA Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, DC Ayesha Rizwan, and DPO Dr. Naveed Atif were also present on the occasion.
The Commissioner welcomed the delegations and sought suggestions regarding the district’s development, public welfare initiatives, and specific issues faced by the citizens.
He stated that the goal is to transform the district into an exemplary model of public service through collective effort.
He emphasized that serving the public is his top priority and that the administration is committed to addressing public issues on merit.
He announced that such interactive sessions would be held regularly on a monthly basis to ensure direct engagement with the community and to further strengthen public trust in government institutions.
