DC Chiniot visits Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic, reviews medical facilities

Chiniot:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ayesha Rizwan paid a surprise visit to the Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic in Chak No. 126. She conducted a detailed review of the medical facilities provided to patients, treatment procedures, medicine availability, sanitation and other administrative matters.



The DC inspected various sections of the health clinic and inquired about the medical facilities from the patients and their attendants present there.



According to DC office, she reviewed attendance of doctors and medical staff, patient examinations, supply of medicines and the treatment process.



On this occasion, she commended the doctors and staff, praising the facilities provided to patients and overall management of the center.



She directed that patients be treated with courtesy and that provision of timely, high-quality medical care be ensured at all costs.



She also issued directives to further improve cleanliness, ensure availability of medicines, upgrade basic amenities such as patient waiting areas and enhance quality of medical services.



Ayesha said the Punjab government is placing special emphasis on delivering quality healthcare to the public at their doorsteps and the objective of Maryam Nawaz Health Clinics is to provide basic medical facilities close to home for citizens, particularly in rural and remote areas. She emphasized that monitoring of health centers across the district would continue to further improve quality of medical facilities and directed that no cause for complaint be given to patients.
