Faisalabad: Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Noman Siddique met with the officers undergoing training under the 54th Common Training Program (CTP) at his office here on Monday.
The Deputy Commissioner gave a detailed briefing to the officers on the administrative structure of the district administration, public service system, development projects and various aspects of good governance. He said that the primary responsibility of a civil servant is to provide the best services to the public, ensure transparency, merit and rule of law. He said that effective governance, timely decisions, teamwork and people-friendly attitude are the hallmarks of a successful administrator.
He said that as per vision of the CM Punjab, immediate resolution of public problems, timely completion of development projects and effective use of government resources are being given top priority.
He also expressed best wishes for the young officers and hoped that they will play an effective role in public welfare through their capabilities and professional skill.
