BAHAWALPUR:A meeting was held to review arrangements for Eid Milad-un-Nabi Peace Be Upon Him under the chair of Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Zaheer Anwar Jappa.
He said that the Eid Milad-un-Nabi PBUH will be celebrated in a befitting manner, and all events will be organized on a grand scale.
He said that all the government and private offices, roads, and markets would be decorated with lights. Qirat, Naat, and speech competitions among school and college students will be organized. He said that the routes of Eid Milad processions should be cleaned and the traffic plan must be chalked out.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Sumera Rabbani, Chief Municipal Officer Azhar Javd, and other concerned officers.
