Sargodha: Secretary District Regional Transport Authority Malik Muhammad Tahir has informed that electronic fare boards have been installed at General Bus Stand Sargodha for the convenience of passengers. He said that the purpose of installing electronic fare boards is to provide timely awareness to passengers about the fixed fares of different routes and to ensure prevention of excess fare collection. Passengers will be able to easily find out the fixed fare of their route through the boards installed at the General Bus Stand. Malik Muhammad Tahir said that monitoring of transporters is also ongoing to ensure implementation of the fixed fares. Action will be taken against transporters who charge excess fares as per the law.
