Karachi: The Chairperson of the Sindh Assembly’s Standing Committee on Home Affairs, Faryal Talpur, has taken notice of the murder of Mir Raza Ali and called for a transparent and impartial investigation into the incident.
In a recommendation to the Chief Minister of Sindh, Faryal Talpur urged the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the case and determine the facts.
She said that strict and indiscriminate action should be taken against those found responsible in light of the judicial commission’s findings. She stressed that justice must be ensured for the victim’s family at all costs.
She also called for all facts surrounding the incident to be brought to light and for the public to be kept informed in a transparent manner. She further said that no negligence will be tolerated in fulfilling the requirements of justice.
