Rawalpindi: Kahuta Police have arrested a domestic servant and his wife for allegedly robbing the house of a disabled citizen and recovered Rs 400,000 in cash, gold ornaments, a mobile phone, a pistol and a motorcycle from their possession.
According to the Rawalpindi Police spokesperson, the accused couple had been hired to work at a farmhouse and were provided accommodation there. The complainant told police that the domestic servant and his wife allegedly tied up his wife and fled after committing the robbery.
Kahuta Police traced and arrested the accused with the help of technical and human intelligence. SP Saddar Anam Sher said the accused would be challaned before the court based on solid evidence.
