Karachi: Dr. Kausar Yasmeen, Director Admissions at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology (FUUAST), has announced that admissions for the BS Third-Year Evening Programmes are currently open at both the Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Abdul Haq campuses of the university.
The last date for submission of admission applications has been set as July 15.
She stated that these admissions were being offered for students holding a 14-year education qualification or equivalent two-year BS graduate programmes. Applicants must have successfully completed their 14 years of education or an equivalent degree from a recognized educational institution with a minimum of 45 percent marks or a CGPA of 2.50, said a news release issued here.
According to Dr. Kausar Yasmeen, the following Evening Programmes were being offered at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Campus: BS Business Administration (BSBA), BS Chemistry, BS Commerce, BS Electronics, BS Environmental Science, BS Microbiology, and BS Commerce (Weekend Programme). At the Abdul Haq Campus, admissions were currently open for the BS Business Administration (BSBA) programme.
She further stated that all eligible candidates might apply for admission to the respective programmes on the basis of open merit. Admission forms, prospectuses, and other relevant information were available on the university’s website: www.fuuast.edu.pk.
The Director Admissions appealed to students and parents to submit their applications well before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
