Faisalabad: Six people were injured as a speeding car hit them on Makuana bypass road while a cardboard warehouse caught fire on Tuesday. The injured identified as Sultan, Muhammad Shafique, Muhammad Shabir, Mudasar Hussain, Ghulam Shabir and Arsalan.
The rescue team provided first aid to all injured and shifted to DHQ hospital. According to Rescue-1122, the incident took place due to the burst of the car’s tire.
Separately, a fire broke out in a cardboard warehouse near Yasir Industries, Jawad club chowk, Narwala road.
On information,the fire brigade tenders reached the site and controlled the blaze. The cardboard stock in the warehouse which was constructed over a 3-marla area was reduced to ashes.
The cause of the fire could not be ascertained yet.
According to Rescue teams, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
