Muzaffargarh: In line with the Punjab Government’s land record reforms, the revolutionary Green Property Certificate has been launched at the Land Record Center in Alipur, Muzaffargarh, marking a significant step towards a modern and transparent property ownership verification system.



A large number of citizens visited the Center to obtain the newly introduced certificate, reflecting strong public interest and enthusiasm for the initiative.



The Green Property Certificate was designed to enhance transparency in land records, ensure secure ownership documentation, and help curb fraudulent practices in property transactions.



To accommodate the increasing number of applicants, the Land Record Centre had established dedicated service counters, enabling citizens to obtain the certificate efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
