Islamabad: At least six members of a family, including women and children were burned and injured when a powerful gas leakage explosion occurred inside a house in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, on Saturday afternoon.
According to police, the explosion took place inside the house due to a gas leakage. The powerful blast caused severe burns to six family members, including women and children, who were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for
treatment, private news channel reported.
Police officials said that the fire spread quickly within the house, causing extensive damage to the property. Neighbors and rescue teams rushed to the scene to help control the blaze and assist the injured.
