Haripur: Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Haripur conducted a surprise inspection of the Service Delivery Centre and the Tehsil Office to review public service delivery, administrative arrangements and facilities available to citizens.
During the visit, the official assessed the quality of government services being provided and inspected the overall functioning of the offices.
The additional deputy commissioner directed the relevant staff to ensure that all public services are delivered in a timely, transparent and courteous manner, while emphasizing the need for the prompt resolution of citizens’ complaints.
