Lahore: A man who allegedly stabbed a close relative to death over a rent dispute in Shahdara Town has been arrested along with his son.
According to the police, the accused Safdar stabbed a citizen named Hamid to death over a rent dispute and fled the scene.
Taking notice of the incident, the DIG Operations formed a special team to arrest the accused. Under the supervision of SHO Shahdara Town Khurram Shahzad, the police team took action and arrested the accused Safdar and his son.
According to the SP City, further investigation is underway with the arrested accused, while other aspects of the incident are also being reviewed.
