Kohat: Deputy Commissioner Kohat, Muhammad Nawaz on Friday chaired a of district administration officers to review performance indicators of District Service Delivery framework.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning, Assistant Commissioners and concerned officials.
During meeting, the officials presented detailed reports on their respective responsibilities and progress achieved in improving public service delivery.
The participants discussed measures to enhance facilities being provided to citizens and evaluated ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency.
The deputy commissioner emphasized the need for timely resolution of public grievances, further improvement in service delivery standards and effective execution of official duties.
He directed officials to ensure transparency, responsiveness and accountability in all administrative matters underscoring that welfare of people must remain the foremost priority.
