Attock: Additional Deputy Commissioner Municipal Services Attock Anil Saeed chaired an important meeting on dengue prevention at the MC Hall Attock on Friday.
According to reporter correspondent, Anil Saeed said that the rainy season had begun, increasing the risk of dengue spread.
He stressed that no negligence or laxity in anti-dengue activities would be tolerated.
He directed all relevant departments to make their field activities more effective and ensure comprehensive measures for the identification and elimination of dengue larvae.
He further ordered continuous monitoring of different areas and immediate action wherever the presence of dengue larvae was suspected.
The meeting reviewed the current status of the anti-dengue campaign. The concerned officers were directed to complete all assigned targets within the stipulated time in accordance with the Punjab government’s instructions to protect citizens from dengue.
