Online update just a click away as Punjab launches RCMS facility for peoples’ convenience

Multan: Punjab government has launched Revenue Court Management System (RCMS) in the province, enabling people to get updates on their revenue cases online through registration on the web site ‘www. rcms. punjab-zameen. gov. pk’.

The initiative would be helpful in resolving grievances of people, save their time, availability of details of cases and updates on the web site, access to information like next date of hearing and early decisions, deputy commissioner Multan said in an update on the RCMS facility, shared with media here Tuesday.

He asked the people to get themselves registered by clicking the link shared above for their adaptation to the digital system and reap benefits of what technological advancements can offer under an initiative of Punjab Land Record Authority, Board of Revenue (BoR) Punjab.

The process of entertaining manual cases would be done away with, phase-wise. At present revenue cases were being entertained whether filed manually or online, however, there would be a time in future when manual cases would not be entertained for hearing. So, it is advisable that people should get them selves registered on the web site ‘www. rcms. punjab-zameen. gov. pk’ for early adaptation to the digital system before it is enforced fully, the spokesman for deputy commissioner said.
