MULTAN:Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) South Punjab leaders strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Bannu Cantonment stating that the nation stands with the security forces in the fight against terrorism.
In a joint statement here on Thursday, Senior Vice President Pakistan Peoples Party South Punjab Khawaja Rizwan Alam, Chief Coordinator Abdul Qadir Shaheen and Media Coordinator Muhammad Saleem Mughal praised the security forces for their bravery in thwarting the terrorist attack on Bannu Cantonment, killing 10 terrorists, and paid tribute to the martyred security personnel, including N/Sub Muhammad Shehzad, Hav Zulfiqar Ali, Hav Shehzad Ahmed, Sepoy Ashfaq Hussain Khan, Sepoy Subhan Majeed, Sepoy Imtiaz Khan, Sepoy Arsalan Aslam, and Frontier Constabulary Lance Naik Sabz Ali.
The party leaders expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the martyrs, praying for their patience and fortitude.
They emphasized their pride in the courage and sacrifices of the gallant armed forces, asserti
ng that the nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces in the war against terrorism and will not let the nefarious aims of the terrorists succeed under any circumstances.
